Shipping Conditions
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made to the following countries:
- Germany
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Switzerland
- Austria
- Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
Provision of digital vouchers: No shipping costs are incurred for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 1 hour after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after
the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are made DAP destination according to Incoterms® 2020. Import VAT as well as possible customs clearance, presentation and other import fees are to be borne by the recipient. Customs clearance may extend the specified delivery time.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
